Tell us a little bit about your line of work.
We help organizations of all sizes, from small startups to large enterprises, streamline and scale their software delivery business performance and improve Developer Experience (DX). Our unique approach is based on a new paradigm that solves scaling software delivery challenges by applying concepts, structures, and dynamics from Nature (the most successful complex system at scale) and Chaos theory. While the paradigm premise is software delivery, we hope to expand and utilize this approach more generically to realize the human talent potential in a business environment. The ideas, techniques, and thinking approach can be applied to problem-solving in other realms, personal growth, and our never-ending search for meaning.

How will your industry change in the next 5 to 10 years?
Recent advancements in AI and language models will drive exceptional changes to all roles in software development organizations. These changes will help break down the barriers and silos we currently find in modern software development companies where each role is very specific in terms of technical proficiencies and product or functionality domain. This opens up amazing opportunities for improving Employee and Customer Experience, and the key is organization structure and processes that must undergo radical transformations to embrace these technological advancements.

How do you suggest new entrepreneurs get ready for these changes?
These changes merit a paradigm shift for organizations to be ready, embrace and thrive on. Nature has successfully scaled and evolved sophisticated systems to adapt to dynamic and complex environments. Similarly, organizations must adapt to the ever-changing technological landscape. Nature-inspired structures, such as decentralized networks and self-organizing systems, provide the flexibility and resilience necessary for organizations to thrive in the face of uncertainty.
